Hunter & Farmer is a consulting firm created to help organizations boost the learning of their professional community to improve results and accelerate their transformation processes.
In general, when organizations need transformation, they limit themselves to training, but the genuine transformation lies in operationalizing what we learn and, sometimes, in unlearning.
